Join our mission-driven team as a Registered Dental Assistant Supervisor and help make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients who need it most.Your Role & Impact The RDA Supervisor is responsible for providing day-to-day direct oversight and supervision for back-office staff, ensuring that they work effectively and efficiently in a care team setting with an emphasis on customer service and high-quality health care. The RDA Supervisor is also responsible for leading, planning and organizing the daily and monthly functions of the team as well to ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures.What We're Looking ForHigh School diploma or equivalent.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers from AHAInfection Control CertificateCalifornia Dental Practice Act CertificateCurrent California Registered Dental Assistant License (Coronal Polish/Xray/Sealants/Pits and Fissures).Graduate from a California Board approved RDA education program.At least five (5) years' experience as a Registered Dental Assistant in a high volume dental practice.A minimum of two (2) years' supervisor or lead experience in a healthcare setting.Knowledge of dental terminology, dental procedures, and dental operations and workflow.Availability to work outside of normal shifts and on Saturdays.Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Word and with electronic health record entry.Bonus points if you're bilingual (English/Spanish) or have community clinic experience!Why Join Us We're a mission-driven healthcare organization committed to making quality care accessible for everyone. The pay range for this role is $32.99 - $47.83.Pay transparency: If you are hired at TrueCare, your salary will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience.
