Project Manager, Implementations
Overview
In this role you lead bank onboarding and digital transformation projects for a remote-first fintech startup. You manage multiple deployments, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time launches while building trusted client relationships. You’ll translate complex needs, handle scope and risks, and contribute to post-launch success. This is a hands-on position at a fast-growing company shaping modern banking experiences.

ResponsibilitiesManage multiple concurrent bank implementations with overlapping timelines, tracking dependencies and risks to ensure on-time completionLead client calls and build relationships with stakeholders from C-suite to operations staff, managing expectationsCoordinate cross-functional teams (Implementation Architects, Software Engineers, Customer Success) for smooth execution and post-launchTranslate technical requirements between clients and internal teams while protecting scopeProvide hands-on configuration and debugging support during resource constraints to keep projects movingDocument solutions and identify process improvements for future deploymentsEscalate strategically to sales and leadership when additional support is needed to unblock issues
