Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Oncology Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel Job Title Registered Nurse – Step Down / Oncology (ENT / Colorectal / Urology) Location Cleveland, OH Schedule / Job Type Contract | Rotating Days and Nights | 3x12 or 4x12 Hour Shifts Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a surgical oncology setting, including ENT, colorectal, and urology surgical patients Manage care for step-down level patients as needed within the unit Monitor and maintain tracheostomies and other post-surgical airway management needs Maintain patient-to-nurse ratios of 1:4–1:5 on day shifts and 1:6 on night shifts Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Experience caring for surgical oncology patients Demonstrated experience with tracheostomy care and management Ability to work rotating day and night shifts Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in a step-down or intermediate care unit Familiarity with ENT, colorectal, or urology surgical patient populations Why Join Us Opportunity to work within a specialized surgical oncology environment serving a diverse patient population Flexible scheduling options with 3x12 or 4x12 shift configurations available Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID # .
