Community Outreach Coordinator
Job Title: Program Coordinator – Non-Profit & Social Development ProgramsLocation: Dallas, TX (On-site Monday–Thursday; Remote Fridays)Experience Level: Entry-LevelPosition Overview:We are seeking a motivated and community-focused Program Coordinator to support the development and execution of non-profit and social impact programs. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about social work, community outreach, and program development. The coordinator will assist in managing program activities, tracking outcomes, and supporting stakeholder engagement efforts.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of social development programsSupport program outreach efforts, including communication with community partners and participantsTrack program performance metrics and maintain accurate records in Salesforce or similar CRM systemsPrepare reports, presentations, and program updates for internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate logistics for events, workshops, and community initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program goals and timelines are metMaintain organized documentation and data using Microsoft Excel and other toolsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related fieldStrong interest in non-profit work, social services, or community developmentBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple formulas, organization)Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for presentationsStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:Experience or internship exposure in non-profit or social service environmentsFamiliarity with Salesforce or other CRM platformsExperience supporting community programs, volunteer coordination, or outreach initiativesWork Environment & Requirements:Must be local to the Dallas, TX areaOn-site work required Monday through Thursday; remote work on FridaysPay Range: $30 per hourThe specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
