Position Summary UNC Health Pardee is offering an opportunity for a full-time board eligible/board certified Hematology Oncology Physician to join their well-established practice. This is an employed position with a strong referral base and excellent collaboration within the UNC Health System. Our team of specially trained clinical and support staff includes Board-certified providers: hematologist/oncologists, radiation oncologists, surgeons and other specialists Board-certified oncology pharmacists, physicists, dosimetrists, nursing and radiation therapists Board-certified surgeons, specializing in treating specific cancers Cancer Care Navigators, who are registered nurses and other professionals, to support and guide you from your diagnosis through treatment and recovery and on to survivorship Registered dietitians to ensure optimum nutrition during and after treatment, and to educate you about healthy eating to minimize risks Cancer Services Chemotherapy Immunotherapy/Biotherapy Infusion therapy Blood transfusions Hypofractionated Radiation Therapy Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) Radiation oncology Surgical oncology National clinical trials Cancer screenings 3D mammography, ultrasound, breast MRI and same-day biopsies with prompt results at the Elizabeth Reilly Breast Center Patient navigation services Nutrition services with registered dietitians Palliative care Support groups Spiritual care Speech therapy We are proud to offer you high-quality cancer care in a safe environment.
