MSN and earned doctorate in nursing or related field required with teaching experience in undergraduate program highly desirable. Candidates, interested in working with a team to implement innovative educational strategies to a diverse student population, are encouraged to apply. Nursing education expertise particularly in the areas of Psychiatric Mental Health, Pediatrics/Obstetrics, Medical Surgical Nursing, Fundamentals Nursing, Leadership and Management, and Health Assessment is sought. Responsibilities include didactic and clinical teaching, student advisement, curriculum development, support of the university's mission and vision, scholarship and service through participation in division, university and professional activities.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and deliver undergraduate and/or graduate nursing courses, ensuring that content is current and aligns with accreditation standards.Design and implement assessments to evaluate student learning outcomes effectively.Participate in the ongoing implementation, evaluation, and enhancement of the undergraduate nursing program to reflect CCNE, AACN, and SBON standards, current evidence and best practices.Teach across the nursing programs as assigned by the Divion of Nursing Chair.Provide academic advising to nursing students and mentor them in their professional development.Participate in university committees, and Division of Nursing and campus events to support institutional goals and community engagement.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Division Chair and Dean.Immaculata University is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
