Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for new graduates or professionals willing to put in the effort to create a highly profitable insurance career and still maintain a great work/life balance!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
Provide excellent customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Clear and effective communications with customers
Ability to obtain your Property and Casualty Insurance License within 90 days of employment
BENEFITS:
Salary plus commission/bonus
1st year - a new salesperson can expect to make $35k to $40k
2nd year - a successful salesperson can expect to make $40k to $48k
3rd year - a motivated salesperson can generate $48 to $65k or more!
