Facilities Maintenance Technician
**Facilities Technician - $26+/hr (DOE)**Fort Collins, COMonday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM**Part-time option available (20 hours/week)****Overview:**We're looking for a hands-on Facilities Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance and operations of two commercial/manufacturing facilities in Fort Collins. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating outside vendors to keep operations running smoothly.**Responsibilities:**+ Perform general maintenance and upkeep across two local facilities, including interior and exterior work+ Troubleshoot and complete basic repairs related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC support, and building systems+ Coordinate and oversee subcontractors for specialized repairs (electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc.)+ Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and prevent larger issues+ Support manufacturing floor needs, ensuring equipment areas and workspaces remain safe and functional+ Complete preventative maintenance tasks on building systems and equipment+ Handle minor carpentry, painting, and general repairs as needed+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment+ Document completed work and communicate updates to leadership**Requirements:**+ Previous experience in commercial or industrial facilities maintenance+ Strong working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems+ Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment+ Ability to troubleshoot issues and take initiative on repairs+ Experience working with and coordinating outside vendors/subcontractors+ Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks throughout the day**What's Provided:**+ All power tools and hand tools+ Required PPE**Additional Details:**+ Background check and drug screen requiredManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
