Nexus Therapy is now hiring for a full-time SLP position for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. This position pays $75 per hour for a CCC'ed SLP and $70 per hour for a recent SLP graduate seeking a CFY experience, with 7 billable hours per full day worked (35 for the full week)! You would be working on-site with a great, supportive district near lovely Lee, Massachusetts. You would be working with students in grades K-12 with a variety of needs. Must be licensed as a SLP in the state of Massachusetts.

```Duties:```
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication, deficits in individuals of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve students' speech and language skills.
- Collaborate with other educational professionals, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Provide education and guidance to clients, families, and caregivers on speech and language development strategies.
```Qualifications:```
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Massachusetts state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) required.
- Experience working with individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Knowledge of assessment tools and therapeutic techniques used in speech-language pathology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
