The Career Transition Specialist will assist Job Corps participants in identifying and achieving their career goals. This includes providing career counseling, facilitating training sessions, and assisting in securing employment or educational opportunities. Additional responsibilities include tracking participant progress, managing projects, and ensuring program compliance while collaborating with employers, educators, and other stakeholders.QualificationsEffective Communication and Career Counseling skills to guide and support participants in their transition plansStrong Analytical Skills and Training expertise to evaluate participant needs and deliver effective training programsProject Management capabilities to maintain program efficiency and ensure goal completionAbility to work independently in a hybrid work environment with flexibilityKnowledge of workforce development or social services programs is a plusBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
