You will manage a team of three within a broader IT function of nine and play a critical role in aligning business operations with scalable Microsoft solutions.This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will define the roadmap, governance, and long-term vision for D365 CE and Power Platform while also ensuring effective delivery, user adoption, and system optimisation.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the enterprise D365 CE and Power Platform strategy Translate business processes into scalable CRM and automation solutions Develop and manage a multi-year D365 CE / Power Platform roadmap aligned to business priorities and budget Partner with senior stakeholders across sales, distribution, finance, and operations Prioritise and deliver CRM, workflow automation, and data initiatives Drive efficiency improvements using Power Apps, Power Automate, and reporting tools Establish governance standards for data entry, security roles, access controls, and compliance Improve CRM data quality and system usage across the organisation Lead user training and drive adoption of Microsoft tools Ensure alignment between CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems Leadership ScopeDirect management of 3 team members Part of a 9-person IT function Executive-level stakeholder exposure Strategic ownership of enterprise CRM and automation capability What We’re Looking ForExperience & EducationBachelor’s degree in MIS, Engineering, or related field 10+ years leading enterprise applications or systems 5+ years within sales, distribution, or similar industries (food industry experience preferred) Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and ERP systems (Prelude ideal) Core CompetenciesProven experience designing and delivering D365 CE / Power Platform strategies Strong understanding of CRM best practices, governance, and data standardisation Experience leading digital delivery or enterprise applications teams Knowledge of Microsoft cloud security, compliance, and data privacy Hands-on Power Platform capability (apps, automation, reporting) Strong stakeholder communication and executive presence Continuous improvement mindset with a practical approach to delivery Why This Role?This is a high-impact position offering:Executive visibility and influence Ownership of enterprise CRM and automation strategy The opportunity to shape digital transformation in a growing global organisation A leadership role with both strategic and operational scope If you are a senior Microsoft enterprise leader ready to take full ownership of CRM and Power Platform strategy within a scaling organisation, this is a career-defining opportunity.
