Background check and drug screen required Shift times are as follows: 3 cooks M F - 7am 330pm3 cooks Sat Sun - 630am 3pm2 cooks Sat Sun 3pm 9pmMust be able to lift to 50lbs.Job Description:Duties & Responsibilities:Duties & Responsibilities:Please customers by providing a pleasant dining experienceAssemble, combine, and cook ingredientsMaintain a sanitary kitchenAttend to the detail and presentation of each orderPlace and expedite ordersPrepare ingredients by following recipes; slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping, and mixing ingredientsComplete hot meal preparation by grilling, sauting, roasting, frying, and broiling ingredients and assembling and refrigerating cold ingredientsAdhere to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety proceduresMaintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all food itemsStores leftovers according to established standardsContribute to daily, holiday, and theme menus in collaboration with the teamRequirements:2 or more years of cooking experience to include food preparationStrong working knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and safety and sanitation practicesExceptional food presentation skillsFamiliarity with general kitchen equipment and appliancesStrong work ethic and high energy levelMancan Temporary Staffing Employment Agency offers our temporary employees full benefits such as paid vacation, holidays, 401K, as well as vision, dental, and medical.
