Title: Local/Travel Licensed Practical NurseLocation: Penn Yan, NY 14527, Geneva, NY 14456& Waterloo, NY 13165.Term: Contract: 13 weeksShift: 11 PM to 11 AM , 11 PM to 7:30 pm (Every weekend required)& 11 PM to 7:30 AM ( Every other weekend required).Local pay rate: $35- $42/ hourTravel pay rate: $1680/ weekly gross on based up to 40 hours & $1512/ weekly gross on based up to 36 hours.Requirements:State LPN license.BLS/CPR required.Must be VaccinatedMin 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred .Responsibilities:Monitor patients throughout their treatment.Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.Ensure that patients take their medication.Assist doctors and registered nurses.Liaise with patients' families.
