Power Rental Business Analyst Intern (Seasonal)
Ziegler CAT has an opening for a temporary, part time, administrative position to assist with general administrative duties, events and various projects in our Power Systems Rental department.
Responsibilities
Assist Fleet Specialist with fleet connectivity and maintenance projects
Provide sales support to outside rental reps to enable sales and maximize uptime for our customers
Perform inside sales duties, such as screening customer inquiries and quoting
Manage and participate in various sales campaigns
Sorting, filing, scanning and organizing documents
Data entry and analysis
Respond to email and phone inquiries for the department
Document processing
Work collaboratively with team to help support various projects
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Some college in a related field or applicable experience desired
Computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
Personal Attributes: excellent communication skills, dependable, organized, willing to learn, able to multi-task, and attention to detail
Work onsite
May require attending some local events
Able to work up to 28 hours per week
Minimum Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, sitting, using hands, talking, hearing
Working conditions are indoor and quiet

The pay range for this position is
$17.47 to $20.95
Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant's location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
