We invite you to join us!Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.Provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.Continuously assess patient needs and adjust care plans based on any changes in their condition.Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and LPNs on a daily basis.Qualifications and RequirementsPossess a nursing diploma (either an associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing).Hold a current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the applicable state.Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.CPR certification is required upon hire or must be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.Specific Job ExpectationsImplement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment in all situations.Effectively communicate and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
