We are globally ranked by Chambers & Partners.The RoleLatitude is seeking highly entrepreneurial attorneys to join our team as partner-owners (equity partners) who will help us further expand our footprint across the U.S. This is not a traditional legal role. Instead, it’s an opportunity to build your own business within the Latitude platform, develop client relationships, and be directly responsible for your own success – without practicing law. If you are a successful attorney who enjoys developing client relationships, building a book of business, and being highly responsive to your clients, but you are less energized by practicing law than you once were, then this may be an ideal role for you.As a Partner, you’ll co-own a Latitude operating company with its own P&L. With national infrastructure, capital, and a proven model, you’ll be given resources and playbooks that will enable you to grow your business your own way – without having to invest your own capital.
