The Network Security Analyst will monitor and analyze network activities to detect and mitigate security vulnerabilities, respond to security incidents promptly, and implement effective security measures. Day-to-day tasks include conducting system and network audits, maintaining firewalls, collaborating with IT teams to improve security protocols, and ensuring compliance with security regulations and best practices. Qualifications Proficiency in Network Administration and Network SecurityStrong expertise in Cybersecurity and Information Security practicesAdvanced Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving network and security issuesKnowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and network monitoring toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are a plusExperience with regulatory compliance and security frameworks is beneficial
