Job DetailsDescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:Monitors in-house installation teams as well as subcontract actions for contract compliance, monitors risk and contributes suggestions for risk mitigationFacilitates a culture of continuous process improvement among management team, providing resources and collaborating to implement processes that are streamlined and compliantDocument control including document management systemsPrepare QA plans for various field construction activitiesConduct quality assurance inspectionsPerform quality audits of on‐site construction activitiesSafety training was required by positionPaperwork filing and maintenance as neededEssential Education And QualificationsAble to communicate technical information to field personnel as well as managementMust have good verbal and written communication skillsTechnical efficiency & knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointPreferred SkillsPrior experience in QA/QCPrior working experience in telecommunications industryWage: $30-33/hrPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
