Role : Data AnalystLocation: 100% RemoteInterview Process: 2 RoundsAbout the Role:We are seeking a senior Data Analyst with strong Healthcare Payer experience to support Claims, Appeals, and Call Center Operations Analytics . The role focuses on extracting and analyzing data across multiple enterprise applications, generating operational insights, and supporting reporting needs for business stakeholders.The ideal candidate has deep understanding of how Healthcare Payers operate , strong SQL expertise , and hands-on experience with Facets and Salesforce platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesExtract and consolidate data from multiple healthcare applicationsDevelop and maintain operational and performance reportsAnalyze Claims , Appeals , and Call Center Operational MetricsPartner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical outputsBuild analytical datasets using SQLSupport reporting and dashboard initiatives ( Power BI preferred)Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systemsRequired Qualifications (Must Have)8+ years of experience in Data Analytics / ReportingStrong Healthcare Insurance / Payer BackgroundUnderstanding of Claims Processing and Appeals WorkflowExperience in Call Center / Operations AnalyticsHands-on SQL expertiseExperience with FacetsExperience with SalesforceNice to HaveNICE platform experiencePower BI experience
