The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, a creative eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for baking fresh breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other desserts in accordance with established recipes. They will also be expected to ensure that all products are of the highest quality and meet customer expectations. Responsibilities: Prepare doughs, batters, and icings according to recipes. Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and slicers. Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products. Decorate cakes and other pastries with icing, fondant, or other decorations. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Provide excellent customer service in the café.
