If you’re looking for a role that keeps things interesting and a company you’ll be proud to work for, this could be the perfect fit.Come see why EMC employees love what they do ResponsibilitiesIdentify and vet additional regional and national 3rd party lighting installers that meet all required licenses and insurance standards.Develop and maintain relationships with labor partners.Negotiate with 3rd party labor partners and improve pricing/costs of labor partners to ensure optimal margin results and profitability.Participate in labor partner program by providing input in performance measures, accountability, utilization, incentives, and best practices.Manage escalated issues related to labor partner execution.Create and maintain Intent to Bid documents (ITBs).Create PO’s from awarded labor.Accountable for data entry and maintaining Salesforce & OracleCreation of Request for Quote packages for Labor Partners including SOW, RFQs, Spec Sheets, etc.QualificationsExcellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.Expertise in presenting and communicating with labor partners.Strong negotiation skills.Strong problem-solving, financial management and analytical skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel used for tracking and analysis.Ability to take direction from multiple people, prioritize work and meet deadlines with limited supervision.Able to work well in a team environment as well as individually.Detail-orientated, high degree of accuracy and ability to multi-task.
