Feed Mill QA Manager

Job DescriptionA growing feed mill facility is seeking an experienced QA professional to oversee feed safety, occupational safety, fleet safety, and audit readiness programs. This role ensures all regulatory, safety, and quality systems meet required standards.Responsibilities Include:Maintain and update all safety and quality compliance programsLead internal and external auditsConduct plant and grounds inspectionsManage corrective action processesOversee QA Lab operations and staff trainingCoordinate OSHA reporting, hazard assessments, and safety initiativesSupport ongoing training for new and existing employeesManage pest control and fire safety programsQualifications:Background in quality, regulatory compliance, or safety managementExperience in feed, food or agricultural environmentsStrong documentation, audit, and training skillAbility to lead cross-functional compliance programsLocation: Northeast Region (Western NY)Please submit a resume for consideration.
