What You'll OwnRun the business - Lead all day-to-day operations — staffing, scheduling, performance, and execution — to deliver a high-performing site.Build and lead a winning team - Hire, train, coach, and develop your team to perform at a high level and grow within EL. Create succession depth — your best hire is the one you developed.Deliver a standout customer experience - Set the standard for fast, friendly, and flawless service — resolving concerns quickly and turning moments into lasting loyalty.Build collaborative culture - Create an environment where the team works together, handles conflict constructively, and holds each other to the standard without you having to manage every interaction.Drive performance and results- Be present a minimum of 45 hours per week.
