Up to 40% remote work may become available later.Qualifications And ExperienceTen (10) years of professional management experience, with at least five (5) years in DOD or Navy IT systems.Preferred certifications: PMP, DAU Level III Program Management, or ITIL v4 Foundation.Experience with administrative oversight, contractual matters, corporate management, and providing overall technical, schedule, and cost direction while serving as a liaison between Government representatives and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).Must be knowledgeable of DoD contractual processes.Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex IT programs supporting multiple functional areas and subcontractors.Proven success in workforce leadership, cost/schedule management, and risk mitigation in a CPFF or multi-year federal contract environment.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project‐tracking tools.Strategic program leadership and stakeholder engagement.Budgeting, cost control, and performance management.Risk management, analytical, and problem‐solving skills.Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.Ability to motivate, mentor, and manage multi‐disciplinary teams in secure environments.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary interface with Government stakeholders, ensuring cohesive direction and technical oversight across all task areas.Establish and maintain a Program Management Framework for governance, communication, and escalation.Manage all aspects of cost, schedule, and performance, ensuring compliance with the contract, performance standards, and deliverables.Direct transition‐in and transition‐out activities to maintain mission continuity.Oversee development of reports, risk logs, and performance metrics.Maintain open, proactive communication with Government stakeholders.Provide recurring program reviews and risk‐mitigation updates.Foster trust‐based relationships and ensure alignment with mission priorities.Lead and manage a multi‐company, multi‐disciplinary workforce exceeding 100 professionals.Ensure adequate staffing, skill alignment, and professional development.Mentor subordinate managers and technical leads to foster a culture of excellence.Implement process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.Leverage ITIL and best practices for service delivery optimization.Identify and introduce automation, analytics, and performance innovations.Support business‐development and proposal activities within NDi's federal portfolio.Compensation And BenefitsAt NDi, we value our team and are committed to retaining top talent by offering competitive benefits and compensation packages.
