Inventory Control Specialist

Now hiring at our Portland location! We’re seeking motivated individuals to join the Rick’s Custom Fencing & Decking team. Our Inventory Control Specialist (ICS) positions are full-time, fast-paced, and very important to the flow of our business! This position has tons of opportunity for advancement and benefits. Pay is dependent on experience. All employees must: · Be 18 years or older · Have a satisfactory driving record. Responsibilities & Duties Include: · Data entry and tracking in to our computer system · Checking installation crews in and out each day, and counting materials · Tracking crew hours · Tracking inventory movement at this location, and to our other locations · Helping customers load their order in the yard and confirming they have the correct quantities and materials Our Ideal Candidate: · Uses exceptional organization skills and is detail and customer service oriented · Is reliable and has a strong work ethic · Works well as a team member · Has developed computer knowledge and data entry experience · Ability to use accurate math skills · Has the physical ability to load and unload shipments- up to 60-75lbs repeatedly Forklift experience is a plus, as well as previous lumber and/or construction experience.
