This role is essential in creating a welcoming, organized, and safe environment for children, families, and staff during morning arrival hours.Schedule* Full-time* Early morning shift beginning at 6:30AMResponsibilitiesOpen and prepare classrooms and common areas for the school dayEnsure classrooms are clean, organized, and ready for children and teachersWelcome and supervise children as they arrive beginning at 6:30 AMProvide support in assigned classrooms based on daily staffing needsFollow direction from leadership team members regarding classroom placement and daily responsibilitiesAssist with maintaining a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for childrenCommunicate professionally with staff, children, and families during morning arrivalQualificationsReliable, punctual, and able to consistently arrive early each morningExperience working with young children preferredPositive attitude and willingness to be flexible in supporting different classroomsStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to multitask and work independentlyMust meet all state licensing requirements for childcare staffIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is an early riser who enjoys working with children, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced preschool or childcare environment.
