Job Description Warehouse Clerk — Now Hiring!Pay Rate: $19/hrShift: Monday–Friday | 2:30 pm - 11:00 pmLocation: St. Pete, FL 33716Position Overview:Warehouse Clerks perform essential functions to support daily operations, including order selecting and stocking product.Essential Job Functions:• Accurately select products to fulfill customer orders using a cherry picker or other Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT).• Properly arrange selected products on pallets for easy inspection and order accuracy.• Understand and manage required paperwork (customer orders, vendor stock sheets) for accurate inventory tracking.• Work closely with Warehouse Managers, Material Handlers, Dock Unloaders, and Forklift Operators for smooth product flow.• Ensure proper movement of product within the warehouse while following operational procedures.• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness for a safe and organized environment.• Adhere to all safety standards and protocols.Requirements:• Ability to pass the Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Training Certification Course.• Able to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks as required.• Follow all procedures and policies.• Recent experience operating cherry pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks is highly preferred.• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Other Skills/Abilities:• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment focused on efficiency and accuracy.• Strong verbal and written communication skills for teamwork and collaboration.• Ability to work overtime as needed to meet operational demands.• Solid understanding of warehouse safety standards and protocols.• Able to work in varying warehouse conditions, including high heat and cold temperatures.Physical Demands:• Seated or standing for extended periods.• Pulling, pushing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.• Working in high heat and cold temperatures.Ready start today?
