Senior Vice President of Finance
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership & StrategyPartner with executive leadership on financial strategy, business planning, and operational decision-making.Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning processes.Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support growth initiatives, investments, and operational improvements.Develop and monitor key financial and operational performance indicators.Finance & Accounting OperationsOversee all accounting, finance, treasury, cash management, and financial reporting functions.Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.Maintain strong internal controls, accounting processes, and financial policies.Oversee audit preparation, tax coordination, compliance, and regulatory requirements.Cash Flow & Banking ManagementManage company liquidity, working capital, debt obligations, and cash flow forecasting.Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, auditors, and external financial partners.Support financing activities, covenant reporting, and capital planning initiatives.Organizational LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting personnel.Build a scalable, high-performing finance organization capable of supporting future growth.Establish accountability, structure, and operational discipline within the finance function.Collaborate cross-functionally with operational leaders to improve profitability and efficiency.Systems & Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve financial systems, reporting tools, automation, and operational processes.Implement scalable financial infrastructure to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance and accounting functions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.CPA or MBA designation preferred.10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.Strong understanding of financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.Experience leading teams and developing organizational talent.Strong communication, leadership, and operational problem-solving skills.Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a growing organization.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will be operationally strong, financially disciplined, strategically minded, team-oriented, and capable of growing into broader executive financial leadership responsibilities over time. This role is designed for a leader who can immediately strengthen the finance function while supporting the company’s long-term growth objectives.Compensation & BenefitsRupe Companies offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, in addition to base compensation and paid time off. Benefits begin on the first of the month following the start of employment.Rupe Companies covers 100% of the employee’s medical premium. Employer contributions may change annually. Employees are eligible for the 401(k) plan after three months of employment, with the company matching up to 4% of contributions if the employee contributes 4%. Vesting starts immediately.Base compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience and within the fair market value for the position.
