Production Floor Employee - Making donuts

Lodi CML Production team is responsible for producing goods to Dunkin Donuts Stores. As a part of our production team, you will be assigned to a job that may require to work with machine.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesMixing dough with mixing machineSeparating / placing cut dough on the belt of proofer ovenCatching products from conveyors out of proofers & placing the products on racksMoving the racks of products for filling, frosting & decoratingFilling, frosting & decorating productsWorking with coffee roll, apple fritter machine to ovensFeeding & operating boil out lineFrying munchkins, operating ovensPreparing frozen raw products for baking – Bagels, muffins & croissantsArranging baked goods for stagingStaging products according to the order of each store in routes in racksStrict adherence to company policies and proceduresQualificationThese are the qualifications that are necessary for someone to be considered for the position.Able to work weekends & holidays are mandatoryAbility to push about 10-25lbsAbility to work a flexible scheduleMust be a team playerMust be self-motivated, responsible, highly organized and able to multitask in a fast paced and changing environmentMust be able to work weekends and holidaysWe are Central Manufacturer Location of Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins in Lodi NJ.We supply donuts and baked goods to about 400 Dunkin' retail stores currently
