Role Description This is a hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent, based in Pensacola, FL, with flexibility to work from home as needed. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including listing, selling, and leasing properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property showings, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating deals, researching market trends, and providing personalized customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Active Real Estate License requiredStrong knowledge of the real estate market and property transactionsCustomer Service experience, with a focus on client satisfaction and building relationshipsProven Sales and Real Estate transaction skillsKnowledge of Real Property laws and regulationsExcellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentAmbition, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset are preferred
