Cloud & Network Security Manager l No Sponsorship AvailableRole OverviewCompensation: $120,000 – $150,000Bonus: DiscretionaryWork Environment: Hybrid (4 Days onsite)Office Location: Chicago, IL (Rosemont area)Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTOCloud & Network Security ManagerPrimary ResponsibilitiesOwn infrastructure and security operations across Azure, hybrid environments, corporate sites, and remote job locationsImplement and maintain data protection and DLP policies across Microsoft 365Architect and maintain cloud and hybrid connectivity, including Azure VNets, routing, segmentation, VPNs, and ExpressRouteEnsure systems meet expectations for uptime, performance, fault tolerance, and recoveryApply identity‑driven access controls using Entra ID, Conditional Access, and device complianceOperate and integrate Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, and Azure security servicesLead infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response activitiesCollaborate with application, cloud, and security teams to ensure securityImprove consistency through automation and infrastructure‑as‑code using PowerShell, ARM/Bicep, Azure Automation, or TerraformCoach and develop technical staff while remaining directly involved in design and problem solvingCloud & Network Security ManagerExperience & Capabilities7+ years working in enterprise infrastructure, networking, or cloud engineering rolesStrong operational experience with Azure networking, hybrid connectivity, and Microsoft 365 E5 security capabilitiesSolid understanding of modern security models, including Zero Trust principlesBackground supporting geographically distributed or field‑based environments preferredComfortable balancing execution, leadership, and cross‑team collaborationBuild a rewarding long-term career with us at CFS—when we knock, doors open.Timing is everything.
