Job Description Machine OperatorLocation: Worcester, MAHours: Monday – Friday: 2nd & 3rd Shifts AvailablePosition Duties:Operate rubber manufacturing machines and monitor production processesLoad materials, inspect finished products, and report issuesFollow safety procedures and wear required PPEMaintain a clean workspace and assist with basic machine maintenanceComplete production logs and work with the team to meet daily goalsPosition Requirements:Entry-level; no experience required (training provided)Ability to follow instructions and perform basic mathComfortable working in a loud, hot, and humid manufacturing environmentAble to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbsReliable, dependable, and interested in long-term employmentFlexible for shifts/overtime and have reliable transportationSpanish is a plus, not requiredPay Rate: $18.75/hour, plus quarterly profit sharing and opportunities for pay increases through internal certifications...Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
