Join Our Plastic Surgery TeamOur organization is actively seeking board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeons to expand our team in Southern California, driven by remarkable growth in the area.Position OverviewThe ideal candidate will hold ABPS board certification or be board-eligible, having successfully completed residency training in an accredited plastic surgery program. We offer positions for surgeons with interests in various adult subspecialties, including:Microsurgery for breast and limb reconstructionAesthetic and body contouring proceduresComplex wound careAdditional fellowship training in breast microsurgery or general microsurgery is preferred. We seek individuals with strong clinical abilities, a passion for research and innovation, and a commitment to teaching. Faculty members may also qualify for federal student loan forgiveness programs.Compensation & BenefitsThe starting base compensation ranges from $350,000 to $450,000, adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation plans.
