Today our industry leading products are proudly manufactured at facilities throughout the world and available through a nationwide network of customer-focused distributors.About the Role:As a receiving lead, coordinates daily receiving, shipping support, and returns/refurb processing to ensure accurate material flow, inventory integrity, and on-time support to production. Operates material handling equipment, completes required system transactions (JDE), performs put-away and cycle counts, and flexes to other value-added warehouse/production tasks as workload changes.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesSafety first and at all costs attitude following the three tenets of safety.Must be able to attain certification to operate material handling equipment.Accurately pick SKUs as directed.High level of attention to detail.Able to ensure correct counts and SKUs are picked as per instructions and audit Bill of Material.Ability to follow detailed procedures and instructions. Self-motivated.Operate shrink wrapping equipment in a safe and productive manner.Report all discrepancies to supervision.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment that contributes to 5S.Other duties as needed.Critical Competencies: Forklift Certification is required to operate material handling equipment.Ability to read/write English and comprehend detailed instructions.Basic math skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while assisting supervision. Ability to understand and interpret production/shipping/receiving documentation.Ability to process JDE applications.Education and Experience: The successful candidate will be energetic, insightful, collaborative, self-motivated, and positive with interest in production/manufacturing environment.
