Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care Schedule: Varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Requirements: Candidate must possess an active State of HI license by start of assignment Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and implement treatment plans Administer medications and notify healthcare providers of pertinent information Assist with admissions and discharges Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Care for Gastrostomy Tubes, Urinary Catheters, and wound vacs Administer nebulized treatments, CPAP care, and tracheostomy care Compliance / Notes: Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for employee health appointment on Friday.
