In this role, you will take inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers to identify their needs, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and able to remain calm under pressure.We also offer 100% paid college courses towards your bachelor's and master's degrees through our three online universities. This is your opportunity to get your degree while you work at home.Responsibilities Receive inbound calls and place outbound callsIdentify the nature of the call, collect relevant information, and provide solutionsRefer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topicsUse best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customersDocument all customer interactionsAttend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledgeQualifications YOU MUST BE A RESIDENT OF UTAH. We cannot consider anyone outside of Utah.High school diploma or GED preferred. We have protocols for those aged 14 to 17.Previous experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role is preferredExcellent phone and verbal communication skills and understanding of active listening techniques mandatoryAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectivelyThis is a remote position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
