If you can handle the pace, we'll handle the paycheck.Gear Up for Success With:Ability to read, write, and speak EnglishPrevious experience with through-hole soldering required (SMT soldering experience is a plus)IPC-A-610 Certification requiredExperience performing electronic assembly and rework tasksAbility to read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and wiring diagramsFamiliarity with hand tools, soldering irons, wire strippers, and electronic assembly equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentBasic troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWhat You'll Be Hands-On With:Hand-solder electronic components, including connectors, wires, and small parts, onto printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs)Perform through-hole soldering and rework of electronic assembliesComplete box-build assembly and integrate circuit boards with wiring harnesses and connectorsRead and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, wiring diagrams, and production documentationInspect solder joints and completed assemblies to ensure quality and workmanship standards are metFollow IPC soldering and electronics assembly standards throughout the production processAssemble electronic products and prepare units for final enclosure installationUse soldering irons, wire strippers, hand tools, and other assembly equipment safely and effectivelyTroubleshoot minor assembly issues and report defects or quality concernsMaintain a clean and organized workstationMeet production schedules while maintaining quality and accuracy standardsSupport continuous improvement and other production-related tasks as neededWhat You'll Score:Solid Weekly Pay – Boom.
