The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java MicroServices Development and Spring Boot, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership abilities, capable of guiding cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative environment.Responsibilities:Lead the delivery of software projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.Manage the end-to-end delivery process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Utilize strong Java MicroServices Development and Spring Boot knowledge to guide technical teams in implementing solutions.Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding.Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution of issues.Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.Mentor and support team members, promoting professional development and skill enhancement.Mandatory Skills:Strong expertise in Java MicroServices Development.Proficient in Spring Boot framework.Solid understanding of software development methodologies and project management principles.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant certifications in project management or software development are a plus.Proven track record of successful project delivery in a software development environment.About Mphasis:Mphasis applies next-generation technology to help enterprises transform businesses globally.
