Lafayette, CO- based company is currently in need of remote Client Services Administrator! This role is responsible for keeping client work, systems, and schedules running smoothly. This position works closely with the Founder and client service team to ensure projects, documentation, and internal systems remain organized, accurate, and up to date.
This role focuses heavily on behind-the-scenes coordination, including calendar management, documentation, CRM updates, and project tracking. The ideal candidate enjoys structured work, values accuracy, and takes pride in maintaining clean systems and reliable processes that allow the broader team to focus on client strategy and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage scheduling and calendar coordination, primarily supporting the Founder
Coordinate internal and client meetings, including rescheduling and adjustments as needed
Ensure meeting links, agendas, and logistical details are accurate and properly documented
Organize and file client meeting notes in designated systems, maintaining clear and consistent documentation standards
Update project timelines, assignments, and task statuses in Asana based on direction from leadership or client teams
Adjust deadlines and project details as priorities shift to ensure projects reflect current scope and next steps
Maintain and update CRM records in HubSpot, including contact details, company data, and activity tracking
Identify and flag missing or inconsistent CRM information for review
Enter and maintain client analytics data using provided templates to support reporting and presentations
Format and prepare blog content for client websites, ensuring proper structure, formatting, and schema before review
Spend approximately 0–25% of the work shift on phone communication , primarily for scheduling coordination or internal follow-ups
