Job Description ASH Automated Packaging Systems Inc. in Dallas Texas is seeking a professional and customer focused person to fulfill this important role. About the role: You will be taking customer inquiries for packaging equipment service, repairs and parts. Maintain a daily call log. Process parts request. Call equipment manufactures for parts and pricing. Quote customers and schedule technicians. Inspect incoming parts and release for delivery or to technicians. *You will need to provide your own steel toed shoes, a nice pair of jeans. Skills you will need: Bilingual helpful We will help train to recognize electrical and mechanical components found on packaging equipment that ASH sells, installs, and services. Office 365 including word, excel and outlook. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a service or repair role is preferred. Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints is helpful. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time is required.
