Women-owned, LGBTQ-founded, and an early adopter of Fair Trade and Regenerative Organic certifications, Equator Coffees is the first California coffee roaster to achieve B Corp Certification.Position SummaryThe Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is responsible for assisting the General Manager in guiding the Shift Leads and Baristas to deliver an exceptional coffee experience. You are responsible for learning and conducting most of the functions of the General Manager and acting as the Lead in the absence of the General Manager.
