Job description:We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Business Development Coordinator (BDC) to manage inbound leads for a fast-growing food truck manufacturing company.This role is not a closing position. Your primary responsibility is to qualify serious buyers and schedule appointments for our Sales Managers.You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a critical role in ensuring only high-quality, ready-to-move-forward prospects enter our sales pipeline.ResponsibilitiesContact inbound leads quickly via phone, text, and email (warm leads only — no cold calling)Budget readinessTimelineSeriousness of the projectEducate prospects briefly on our process and quality standardsSchedule appointments for the Sales Managers for final pricing and closingMaintain accurate notes and updates in CRMFollow up with leads that do not respond on the first attemptMaintain a high level of professionalism and control in all conversationsIdeal CandidateStrong phone presence and confident communication skillsAble to guide and control conversations (not just “chat”)Comfortable asking direct qualifying questionsUnderstands the difference between price shoppers vs serious buyersOrganized and detail-oriented with CRM usageBilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.Backgrounds that perform well:Automotive sales BDCReal estate ISA (Inside Sales Agent)Solar appointment settersCompensationBase + performance bonusesBonuses tied to: Appointments set, Show rate and Closed dealsWhy Join UsWork with warm, inbound leads (no cold calling)Be part of a fast-growing, high-quality manufacturing companyClear structure and process.
