**Job Summary**The BGA Rework Technician is responsible for the precise removal, replacement, and reflow of ball‐grid array (BGA) components as part of production line repairs. This role supports manufacturing operations by ensuring all rework meets quality and workmanship standards. Monday to Friday 1st shift $22 to $5 an hour DOE. APPLY NOW!**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**+ Perform removal, replacement, and reflow of BGA components in support of manufacturing and repair activities.+ Conduct visual analysis of x‐ray images to identify circuit shorts, insufficient solder, or other defects.+ Ensure work meets or exceeds Jabil workmanship standards and support continuous improvement through the CIQ system.+ Complete daily logs, documentation, and required paperwork accurately.+ Properly handle, label, and process assemblies in accordance with company guidelines.+ Follow established Jabil repair techniques for all rework activities.+ Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.+ Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental regulations.+ Follow all company security policies and procedures.+ Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.**Job Qualifications****Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**+ Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions, correspondence, and memos.+ Ability to write simple, clear correspondence.+ Strong ability to read and interpret visual aids.+ Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing using two‐digit numbers and working with tens and hundreds.+ Ability to calculate required quantities of parts for preparation and use.+ Demonstrated ability to follow simple one‐ or two‐step instructions.+ Ability to work effectively in standardized situations with minimal variability.**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
