The Scientist and Engineer labor category is comprised of Analysts, Engineers,and Scientists with knowledge and skills to apply a variety of analytical techniques to formulate and solve problems; plan for future technologies; conduct research and development; and define requirements for systems. Specific knowledge and expertise may be required in specialized engineering fields as detailed inSection 3 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
