Lead Designer
The Lead Designer at Bria Hammel Interiors is responsible for leading residential design projects from concept through completion, ensuring each space reflects the firm’s signature aesthetic and delivers an exceptional client experience. Reporting to the Director of Design and CEO, this role blends creative direction with hands-on project leadership. This individual serves as a key point of contact for clients and vendors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. In addition to project leadership, the Lead Designer contributes to the overall success of the studio by meeting monthly billing goals, providing regular updates to leadership, and supporting business development efforts through new project opportunities and client engagement. A commitment to ongoing growth is essential, including participation in markets, vendor presentations, and continuing education to stay at the forefront of the industry.
