You will be the engine that keeps our estate ledgers balanced and our filings on track.Estate & Probate Mastery: Take the lead on administering estates, tracking ledgers, and ensuring every step of the probate process is handled with surgical precision.Drafting & E-Filing: Independently draft, prepare, and e-file a variety of legal documents, including Wills, Healthcare Power of Attorneys, Motions, Pleadings, and Discovery Requests.Case Ownership: Monitor case files proactively. You'll be responsible for identifying legal concepts to draft correspondence and ensuring all court deadlines are met.Operational Flow: Handle the "day-to-day" with ease—from greeting clients and managing the calendar to handling mail, collection letters, and fund disbursements.Court Liaison: Drop off and execute documents at local courthouses as needed.Are You Our Ideal Candidate?We are looking for someone who is self-efficient and views "hand-holding" as a bottleneck.
