Electrical InstructorCheck below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.Location: Denver, COEmployment Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Commercial / Industrial ElectricalWe are recruiting on behalf of a well-established electrical contractor in the Denver area that is seeking an experienced bilingual Electrical Instructor to support and elevate their apprenticeship and journeyman training programs. This role is ideal for a seasoned commercial or industrial electrician who is passionate about training, safety, and developing the next generation of electricians.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to benchmark Journeyman and Apprenticeship training initiativesCoach, counsel, and lead apprenticeship training to meet and exceed state electrical licensing requirementsConduct electrical skill assessments to identify knowledge gaps, training objectives, and jobsite readinessObserve and evaluate electricians performing hands-on electrical tasks to verify competencyEnsure candidates demonstrate the skills and knowledge appropriate to their level (apprentice, journeyman, or master)Monitor testing sessions to ensure all safety standards and protocols are followedDocument assessment results, provide feedback, and recommend pass/fail decisions or improvement plansPartner with Human Resources to support hiring, advancement, and promotion decisionsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:10+ years of experience as a licensed Commercial or Industrial Journeyman ElectricianStrong preference for Electrical Foreman or higher leadership experiencePrior training, mentoring, or teaching experience preferredBilingual (English & Spanish) requiredStrong understanding of electrical systems, transformers, materials, and best practicesElectrical training or certifications aligned with NCCER, IEC, NFPA, and OSHA standardsStrong preference for NCCER and NFPA 70E certificationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periodsBenefits:Paid Time Off (PTO)Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with 100% company match on the first 4% of employee contributionsEligible after 90 days of employmentCompany DescriptionTalent Corps is an equal opportunity employer.
