As the IT Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring our computer systems, networks, and equipment are operating at peak performance. You will also handle all IT support requests and assist colleagues with their IT needs. Your role is vital to the smooth operation of our company and allowing us to reach our business goals. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. Responsibilities Maintain computer hardware in working orderSet up employee workstations (computers, printers, routers, etc)Install and configure softwareTrain colleagues in best practices in technology and how to use software and equipmentAssess security risks and ensure the security of networks and computer systemsMaintain optimized local networkConfigure device-management settingsQualificationsA bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related fieldPrevious experience as an IT Technician or an IT CertificationUnderstanding of data privacy and security HIPAA complianceStrong knowledge of Apple hardware & softwareExpertise in Apple Business Manager device managementFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 Business PremiumFlexible work from home options available.
