We are seeking a highly driven and energetic Sales Representative to join our team in the Southwest Virginia, Upper East Tennessee and Southern West Virginian territory. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and growing territory.Responsibilities:Develop rapport and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Travel within your assigned territory to meet with customers and generate sales opportunities. (Travel is expected 2 - 3 days per week)Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads through company-provided systems.Meet or exceed designated sales targets.Create and implement an effective sales strategy to expand market reach.Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in the company CRM system, Salesforce.Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close deals successfully.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials, construction, or related industries.Strong negotiation and customer service skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.A positive attitude with a results-driven mindset.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.Position is remote, but employee must live within the territory.
