If not, we genuinely wish you the best and hope you find the right fit elsewhere.CompensationSalary: $10.00 USD per hourMonthly Bonus: 20% opportunity for performance based bonusGoogle Reviews: $25 USD for every positive Google review that mentions you by nameBook Club: Up to $500 per year for reading approved booksReferral Program: $1,000 bonus for referring a candidate who gets hiredPaid Time Off: 10 days of accrued PTO per yearPaid Birthday: Take your birthday or another day that month off, on usPaid Holidays: 7 paid holidays per yearPlease note that a currency exchange rate program is in place to ensure fair and competitive compensation regardless of where you are located.What You Bring To The TableStrong spoken and written English skills (C1 or C2 level)At least 3 years of experience managing vendors, general contractors, and subcontractors in residential property managementHands on experience with turnover coordinationWorking knowledge of residential repair costs, timelines, and standardsAvailable full time remote, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CSTA reliable computer (i3 processor or better, 8 GB RAM minimum), high speed internet, webcam, microphone, and a dedicated workspaceComfortable using email, Google Drive, spreadsheets, and other digital toolsStrong multitasking and organizational skills with close attention to detailWhat You Will DoCoordinate move out inspections with inspectors to capture the full condition of the unitBuild a detailed scope of work and price out each line item based on the move out findingsPresent the scope to the client for approval and collect funds before work beginsOversee completion of all scope items and conduct a follow up quality control checkHand off the finished unit to leasing as rent ready, verified against GC Property StandardsWho Are We?GC Realty & Development is a Chicago based property management company on the move.
